Hotel Château Cihelny

Château Cihelny\*\*\*\* Art Royal Spa Hotel is situated in the château park in the beautiful surroundings of the valley of the Teplá river, in the naturally pure environment of the protected landscape area Slavkovský les. The closeness of the main route connecting the most important spa towns and golf centers of the region and romantic train ride that will conveniently take you to the historic center of Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázně will only underline the ideal location of the hotel. The building of the Château dates back to 1890 and was built according to the design of the well-known Viennese architects Fellner and Helmer, who built, among others, significant buildings as the Grandhotel Pupp and the Municipal Theater in Karlovy Vary, the Volkstheater in Vienna, the State Opera in Prague, the historic building of the Slovak National Theater in Bratislava and many others. It is not actually a real castle, but an imaginative villa, which was so spectacular in the village that people promoted it to a château.
